Chamba Imports sells only to qualified re-sellers. In addition, we are not able to sell to a store in an area where we are well-represented by one of our current wholesale customers. To establish an account with Chamba Imports, please fill out the wholesale application and email or fax it to us. We will respond quickly to your request.
After establishing a wholesale account, orders may be placed via email, fax or telephone. The minimum for the first order is $400 (at wholesale cost) and payment by credit card is required. The minimum for subsequent orders is $100.
Although we would like to maintain an inventory of every item listed in our Products section, this is not possible. You may request a current inventory list, prior to placing your order, and we will email it to you. Lead times for products not in stock can vary from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the item
We use great care in packing Chamba. Each piece is wrapped in thick bubble wrap and enclosed in a double-walled cardboard box. We typically ship with UPS Ground. All sales are FOB Half Moon Bay. We will charge you for the freight upon shipment, but do not charge for packing and handling.
If an item is damaged in transit, please download the Freight Damage Form and email it to us. We also require that you phone UPS and file a claim with them. When UPS contacts us, we will issue you full credit for the damaged merchandise.
